ah to have more sleep . . . sounds so good. But can’t sleep now, and wow, didn’t realize that sleeping too much could be just as bad as not enough sleep. Looking forward to more

I thought yawning was because we needed more oxygen and brought more air into the lungs deeper. Must be true what you’re saying – I’m yawning now and could use some sleep. dgnsultd
